The 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Shoulder Ham D.O. Los Pedroches is a gastronomic jewel from Camilo Ríos. It comes from purebred Iberian pigs, raised in the wild and fed exclusively on acorns and natural pastures during the “montanera” (acorn-feeding season).
Its flavor is intense and persistent with sweet and salty nuances, the result of a slow, artisanal curing of more than 18 months in natural drying sheds, which guarantees the black seal and the quality of the Denomination of Origin.
