The Eíriz 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Shoulder with P.D.O. Jabugo is a piece of artisanal excellence, distinguished by its “brida negra” (black label). It comes from pigs raised free-range in the Sierra de Huelva, fed on acorns during the montanera season.

Its natural curing process in Corteconcepción grants it an intense, persistent flavor and an extremely fragrant aroma.
