Extra Vela Iberian Chorizo – Camilo Ríos
The Extra Vela Iberian Chorizo is a cured sausage with an intense flavor and smoky aroma, made with the best Iberian pork meat and La Vera paprika. Its “vela” (candle) shape and firm texture make it ideal for tapas and sandwiches.
It is artisanally produced in the Los Pedroches Valley and undergoes a curing process of more than 30 days. Contains lactose and soy/milk proteins.
