Iberian Homemade Salchichón – Camilo Ríos
Camilo Ríos’ Iberian Homemade Salchichón is a tribute to tradition, made with selected Iberian pork meat and natural spices, following a family recipe. It is a “vela” type (straight, thin shape) and has been cured for over 30 days, which gives it an authentic flavor and exceptional quality.
It comes from pigs raised free-range in Los Pedroches. Ideal for tapas and sandwiches. Contains lactose and milk/soy proteins.
