Agroibérica hams from Pozo Blanco come from our own pigs raised and kept in our farms, thus guaranteeing the maximum possible quality and proper handling from the start. It comes with its black seal and labelWith its numeration in accordance with the Quality Standard.
Pigs fed on acorns and natural pastures, with roots, fruits, and vegetables also added to their diet. The hams undergo a curing process. salting, washed of the pieces, settlement in chambers, drying-maturation in natural drying sheds and finally the aging in storage. They weigh between 6 to 6,8 kg The hams have been cured for a period of around 32 months (add 2021).
