Made following the Guijuelo charcuterie tradition, our Iberian Acorn-Fed Salchichón “Campaña” – Nieto Martín is seasoned with natural spices, primarily black pepper, which give it its distinctive aroma and mild yet persistent flavor. Stuffed in natural corrugated casing, its slow curing process in our cellars, under the optimal climatic conditions of the mountains, allows it to reach perfect ripeness.
