Jamones Prim is a family business passionately dedicated to the production of Iberian products, with deep roots in Macotera, Salamanca. Its philosophy is centered on tradition and artisanal care, seeking to offer the highest quality in every ham, shoulder, and cured meat.

For decades, the Prim family has been raising Iberian pigs, carefully selecting their genetics to ensure exceptional raw materials. These pigs are fed their own grains and, in the case of acorn-fed pigs, with fruits from the pastureland. This control from the source is essential for the flavor.

Curing is a slow and meticulous process, carried out in natural drying rooms in Macotera. The region’s cold, dry climate, along with the know-how passed down from generation to generation, allows each piece to mature at its own pace, developing an intense aroma and a balanced flavor that melts in the mouth.
