Agroibérica de Pozo Blanco hams come from our own pigs, raised and kept on our farms, thus guaranteeing the highest possible quality and proper handling from the start. It comes with its black seal and tag, with its numbering corresponding to the quality standard.
Pigs fed on acorns and natural pastures, also adding roots, fruits, and vegetables to their diet. The hams undergo a process of salting, washing, settling in cold storage, drying and maturing in natural drying rooms, and finally aging in the cellar. Weighing between 6 and 6.8 kg, the hams have been cured for around 32 months (2021 vintage).
