Julián Martín 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham
Julián Martín hams are considered the brand’s “crown jewel.” They come from 100% Iberian pigs raised free-range and fed exclusively on acorns during the montanera (mountain-style pig). This natural diet is key to the development of their exceptional flavor and pure aroma.
Each ham undergoes an artisanal curing process that lasts more than four years in the natural cellars of the Sierra de Guijuelo. This prolonged aging allows the meat to acquire a soft and delicate texture, with marbled fat that melts on the palate. When sliced, it releases a subtle acorn fragrance, characteristic of its origin and process.
