Meanwhile, our 100% Iberian Bellota Ham, with its distinctive black label, is synonymous with the highest quality, from 100% Iberian pigs fed exclusively on acorns. In 2021, the International Taste Institute also awarded our ham for its exceptional flavor. Likewise, our 100% Iberian Paleta de Bellota, from purebred Iberian pigs, gets its exquisite and true flavor from the natural feeding of the pigs in the field.
