Since 2001, Majada Pedroche, rooted in Los Pedroches, Córdoba, has been producing the 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Shoulder – Majada Pedroche. This family business, with four generations of experience, combines tradition and technology to ensure quality.
Located in Villanueva de Córdoba, their Iberian pigs are raised in pastures, feeding on acorns and natural grasses during the montanera (free-range pig farming). This gives them a unique flavor.
