If the product arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately — just send us a photo of the damaged item.

For multi-brand orders, items will arrive in separate shipments, sent directly from each of our producers.

If the goods are returned to origin for reasons beyond our control, we will refund the amount paid for the products, excluding shipping costs.
