Its 100% Iberian pigs are raised free-range in the Natural Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, which offers holm oak and cork oak pastures, an ideal habitat for their development. The diet is entirely natural, based on grass, acorns, spring water, and fresh air, which gives its hams a distinctive flavor and aroma.
The production is artisanal, following traditional techniques and using only natural ingredients, without additives. Curing takes place in natural drying rooms and cellars, taking advantage of the region’s unique microclimate.
