The 100% Iberian Bellota Shoulder comes from purebred Iberian pigs, raised free-range in the pastures of Salamanca and Extremadura. Its diet of acorns during the montanera (free-range) period gives it exceptional quality and an unparalleled flavor. The high oleic acid content of the acorns gives it healthy properties. The shoulder, which weighs between 5 and 6 kg, is naturally cured over a long period. It is presented in a cotton sleeve inside a box.
