Our hams come from pure Iberian pigs, raised free-range in the Spanish pastures. During the montanera period, they feed on natural pastures and, above all, acorns, which define their flavor and quality.
The ham is slowly cured in natural cellars for 24 to 36 months or more, developing a complex flavor and a unique texture. The result is a ham with an intense flavor, balanced sweet and savory notes, and a profound aroma.
