Located in Villanueva de Córdoba, Majada Pedroche raises its Iberian pigs in pastures surrounded by holm oaks and natural pastures, a perfect environment. Here, they combine traditional techniques with modern technology to ensure the highest quality and safety.
All their products, including the 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham – Majada Pedroche, are protected by the Los Pedroches Designation of Origin. This means they only use acorn-fed Iberian pigs raised in the area. During the montanera period, these pigs feed on acorns and grass, which gives their ham a unique flavor.
