These animals are fed naturally, eating acorns and grass during the montanera (free-range period). This diet and their breed purity are essential for their unbeatable flavor and quality.
Our shoulder bears the black seal of the Los Pedroches Protected Designation of Origin, which ensures that it meets the highest standards. Señorío de Los Pedroches stands out for its completely artisanal and natural process, with more than 40 years of experience.
From the moment the shoulder arrives until it is dried, everything is done in natural cellars. There, the master ham makers control the temperature and humidity, supervising every step. The result is a 100% Iberian Bellota Shoulder – Señorío de Los Pedroches with an exceptional flavor and texture.
