Jamón Ibérico Los Pedroches comes from Iberian pigs raised in the dehesa of the Los Pedroches Valley, the largest ecosystem in Europe. Their diet of acorns and natural pastures, along with the climate of cold winters and hot summers, influences a slow, natural curing. The result is a ham with a mild and delicate flavor, with an intense aroma that evokes the sweetness of the acorn. When cut, it has a bright reddish color and infiltrated fat. The D.O.P. certifies its quality and purity.
