Jamones Prim is a family business from Macotera, Salamanca, with a deep passion for producing Iberian products. Their philosophy is centered on tradition and artisanal care, controlling the entire process from the beginning. They raise their own Iberian pigs, selecting genetics and feeding them, including their own grains and acorns. The curing process is carried out slowly in natural drying rooms, taking advantage of the area’s cold, dry climate. The result is a ham with an intense aroma and balanced flavor, reflecting their dedication and respect for tradition.
